Video: Bungee jumper's cord snaps and plunges her into crocodile infested river

Something you will never, ever find The Cry Baby doing is bungee jumping. Not only do I not relish the thrill as some seem to, but the strong whiff of danger is enough to start me running. To me it has always seemed like danger without the reward.

Many will, and have disagreed with me, but after watching this chilling video of a bungee jumper's cord snapping in the heart of Africa, you might be more likely to agree with me. The jumper, 22-year- old Erin Langworthy, fell 111 meters into the crocodile infested waters of the Zambesi River on the Zimbabwe/Zambia border, suffering only minor injuries – a small miracle.

"It felt like I had been slapped all over,” Langworthy told Australia's Channel 9 News. “I landed with my legs tied and then had to swim to the Zimbabwe side [of the river] through the rapids. "

“It was quite scary because a couple of times the rope actually got caught on some rocks or debris. “I actually had to swim down and yank the bungee cord out of whatever it was caught on to make it to the surface.”

“All the water I inhaled meant I couldn't breathe and I made them roll me on to my side and that's when I started coughing up water and blood.”

Have a look at the video:

Video: One minute video "Move" -–11 countries in 44 days

Director Rick Meriki had a busy summer last year visiting 11 countries in 44 days. He compressed it all into this brilliant one minute video "Move" using his friend Andrew Lees as the lead, well I suppose only, actor. Lees strolls through a dizzying array of countries and cultures in this incredibly fast-paced video. It's part of a three part series commissioned by STA Travel Australia. If you haven't already seen this gem, have a gander now:

Video: Acquitted of killing her child, Casey Anthony video diary surfaces

English: Casey Anthony has been booked into th...
 Casey Anthony back when           Wikipedia
Casey Anthony, who was acquitted in July of first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, has debuted on YouTube in what she calls her 'video diary'. She is currently on probation for fraud, and has dropped out of the public eye after the intense scrutiny of her murder trial.

You may remember that Casey only reported her daughter missing 31 days after her disappearance and gave various versions of her story to police. Enough about the past, on the future.

Her hair colour and style have changed but this is the same old Casey. She talks about her new dog (who she loves) and her new computer, among other trivial matters. Casey's lawyer Cheney Mason confirmed it is Anthony in the video, but said it was not supposed to be made public. The video was leaked on YouTube.

Some quotes from the video:

“So, this is my first video diary. I don’t know. I guess I’m liking it so far. It’s obviously a different ballgame for me because I’ve never used this before. So, I guess these will be as tedious as my audio recordings have been.”
"Just a little surreal how much things have changed since July and how many things haven't changed. But the good thing is things are starting to look up and things are starting to change in a good way.”

"It's been a long time since I've been able to call something mine, that I have something -- even as silly as saying I have a computer, and a camera and a phone."
Deep thought indeed.

An 80's show best forgotton: Computer Beach Party

From  Found Footage Festival: "This is a trailer we cut for a forgotten '80s sex comedy found on VHS. Featuring poorly-dubbed dialogue, a naive understanding of how computers work and music by heavy metal band Panther. "

As I said – best forgotten but worth a look for the laugh:
