Five crazy things found in people's rectums

1. This week police in North Carolina found a 10 inch gun hidden in a prisoner  Michael Leon Ward's  bum. An initial strip search failed to find the weapon. The gun was not loaded, but was in working condition. No word on where he hid the bullets.

2. A 60-year-old man told authorities that thieves shoved entire Coca-cola bottle in backside.  Let's hope he didn't waste this on a lame diet Coke.

3.  Maybe you remember the Seinfeld episode where George's father ends up with a pasta statue up his rear. This is life imitating TV. A Georgia lawyer claimed he was showering with his cell phone and managed to slip and fall and land right on top on his ringing cell phone. He's not taking any calls at the moment!

4.  The kitchen sink approach: This Florida man packed 17 Oxycodone pills, 1 cigarette, 6 matches, 1 flint, 1 empty syringe with an eraser over the needle part, 1 lip balm container, 1 condom, 1 CVS receipt, and a coupon. I guess he forgot the car at home,

5. This woman in the Netherlands either ingested an entire giant squid, or madame, you have an entire set of cutlery up you ass! Indeed she did. Obviously planning a dinner party.

Artist re-creates Robert Capa portrait using 5500 toy soldiers

Artist Joe Black re-created a portrait by famous photographer Robert Capa using toy soldiers. Lots and lots of them. Using unusual materials is something Black has done in the past, employing items such as Lego and badges, all with stunning results. Here's what Black has to say about the Capa portrait entitled "Made in China":
Produced using more than 5500 toy soldiers. The portrait is of a Chinese soldier boy taken by photographer Robert Capa. The image was used on the front cover of LIFE magazine, January 1938 to cover the Sino Japanese War. The toy soldiers are manufactured in China, hence the title “Made in China”.

Here's the Made in China portrait:

And here's some close-ups so you can see how the image was made:

"If it’s small enough I’ll stick it down." Quote from Joe Black.

Max Mosley sues Google to remove references to his Nazi sex orgy

BAD BOY MAX: Former Formula One boss Max Mosley is suing Google to suppress references to his Nazi sex orgy. Back in 2008, now defunct News of the World broke the story about Max and complete with an explicit video of the action,  which has more of a sex dungeon motif than a Nazi one.

“The fundamental thing is that Google could stop this appearing but they don’t or won’t as a matter of principle. The really dangerous things are the search engines,”Mosley told the Leveson inquiry into the actions of the British press.

Try typing "nazi sex orgy" into Google and see what you get. Sorry Max, but take this spanking like a man and call the dogs off Google!

Dutch architects create a design for Seoul skyscrapers that looks like the exploding 9/11 World Trade Center towers

WHAT WERE THEY THINKING: Dutch architects created a design for Seoul skyscrapers that look like the exploding 9/11 World Trade Center towers. Many, including the families of the 9/11 victims, are not amused. The architectural firm has since apologized, but you really have to wonder what the creative process was that went into the design. The firm, MVRDV, said it had not intended to create an image resembling the attacks and  did not see the resemblance during the design process.

From the company website: "We sincerely apologize to anyone whose feelings we have hurt. It was not our intention."

From the company Facebook page: "A real media storm has started and we receive threatening emails and calls of angry people calling us Al Qaeda lovers or worse. MVRDV regrets deeply any connotations The Cloud projects evokes regarding 9/11, it was not our intention. The Cloud was designed based on parameters such as sunlight, outside spaces, living quality for inhabitants and the city. It is one of many projects in which MVRDV experiments with a raised city level to reinvent the often solitary typology of the skyscraper. It was not our intention to create an image resembling the attacks nor did we see the resemblance during the design process. We sincerely apologize to anyone whose feelings we have hurt, the design was not meant to provoke this. The design inspiration of The Cloud is visualised in the image here attached."

High fat diet causes butter shortage in Norway

Forget about the famous Norwegian Wood, what they need in Norway right now is butter. A high fat low carb diet craze there has caused a run on the butter supply leaving their coffers empty of butter. Butter that can be found on the market is going for four times the normal price.

"Sales all of a sudden just soared, 20 percent in October then 30 percent in November," Lars Galtung, a flack from Norway's biggest farmer-owned cooperative, told Reuters.

I've put a couple of pounds of butter in the mail to them already. Now off to sleep in the bath.
Norway needs you!

Penis shaped foods (aka cucumbers) too sexy for Muslim women says cleric

HOLD THE PICKLES: A Muslim cleric warns that "penis" shaped foods, such as cucumbers and carrots, are too sexy for Muslim woman. There is a danger that they may have "sexual thoughts" should they lay their eyes on the offending veggies. The cleric was quoted by el-Sawsana news and further expounded on his wisdom by advising that a male relative first cut the offending penis shaped vegetable before allowing the woman to indulge. Actually, I think Lorena Bobbitt tried that on her husband John, albiet a little more directly. Read more: http://tinyurl.com/d7ceyej

Book: "Area 51" was all about Cold War nuclear and aircraft testing - and fake UFOs from Stalin

The mysterious Area 51, the ultra-secret tract of land seventy-five miles north of Las Vegas, has been UFO central for many years, with reports of captured aliens and their ships being hidden there. It sits right next to the now abandoned Nevada Test and Training Range, where over 100 atmospheric bomb tests were conducted in the 1950s. The U.S. government has never officially acknowledged the existence of Area 51, which only helped to encourage tales of UFOs.

Area 51

The myth is finally broken. Journalist Annie Jacobsen reports that the government once used the site for secret nuclear testing and weapons development. In her book "In Area 51: An Uncensored History of America's Top Secret Military Base",  Jacobsen provides details on how several government agencies, including the CIA, the Atomic Energy Commission and the Department of Defense and the CIA – used Area 51 to conduct secret research on aircraft, including one that traveled three times the speed of sound and a nuclear-propelled missile launching system to be space based. Jacobson also contends that the area was used for "dirty bomb" testing.

This is where it gets really weird and the credibility of the book is stretched thin. The author also reveals that the famous UFO crash at Roswell was actually Josef Stalin trying to create mass panic by using German "flying discs" carrying deformed child pilots engineered to look like aliens, by Nazi mad doctor Josef Mengele. This "War of the Worlds" scenario is a little difficult to swallow, but she goes even further claiming the U.S. was also conducting similar gruesome medical experiments.

From NPR: "In the summer and fall of 1957, a series of atmospheric nuclear tests — called Operation Plumbbob — were conducted above ground at the Nevada testing and training range, located just outside of Area 51. Twenty-nine explosions were set off while tests were conducted on troop readiness, accidental detonations and the effects of flying debris on living targets, according to documents declassified by the Department of Energy that Jacobsen details in her book."
"During the explosions, security officer Richard Mingus stood guard outside many of the weapons-testing sites, including one with the largest atmospheric bomb that has ever exploded in the United States."
""The bomb goes off. Richard Mingus is at ground zero, safe away in a bunker somewhere, and suddenly someone realizes, 'My God, Area 51 is unsecured,' " Jacobsen says. "And so they send Richard Mingus through ground zero, 45 minutes to an hour after this nuclear bomb has exploded, so that he can get to Area 51 to guard the gate.""
"Mingus survived, as did many other atomic veterans who stood close to ground zero during other Plumbbob tests."
There's more. The Department of Defense wondered what would happen if a plane carrying nuclear material crashed, so they simulated the disaster, spreading plutonium on the ground, creating their own "dirty bomb". The resulting fallout made much of the land uninhabitable, which was not cleaned up until the 1980s, when they sent in men in hazmat suits to scrape the earth.

An 80's show best forgotton: Computer Beach Party

From  Found Footage Festival: "This is a trailer we cut for a forgotten '80s sex comedy found on VHS. Featuring poorly-dubbed dialogue, a naive understanding of how computers work and music by heavy metal band Panther. "

As I said – best forgotten but worth a look for the laugh:

Bridalplasty – one of the most disgusting shows ever

I have never been a big fan of reality TV,  but the E! network takes the genre to a new low with its series Bridalplasty, where 12 engaged women compete for their dream wedding and various plastic surgery procedures. The husband does not get to see his bride until she has completed the surgeries and is probably left wondering who the hell this woman is. It looks like a true race for the bottom.
