NYU researchers have found that we make our first impression of a person within seven seconds of meeting them. Seven seconds! That doesn't give me time to blink seven times, let alone wipe the dribble from my mouth. My suggestion: sneeze. That will buy you at least an extra ten to twenty seconds and make the person reluctant to shake your hand. As well, tell them you can't seem to get rid of that damn bug! Well maybe there is better advice to follow. Try
